Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SpinSparkStack platform operated by SpinSparkStack Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or accessing the SpinSparkStack platform at spinsparkstack.click (the "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understand these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SpinSparkStack provides a digital acceleration platform including, but not limited to: SpinLaunch™ deployment infrastructure, StackBuilder Pro architecture tooling, SparkAnalytics data dashboards, AutoSpin Engine workflow automation, Global CDN Mesh distribution, and the Modular API Stack integration marketplace (collectively, the "Services").
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain and promptly update this information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

The Platform, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SpinSparkStack Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans. Monthly plan fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination to allow for account reinstatement. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpinSparkStack Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
